Getting started with iConceive IVF software.
Step One: Purchase Patient Cycle Tokens
Your Practice can purchase patient cycle tokens. A token is required to upload an interactive treatment plan to the patient’s app through the iVF clinic management software.
Step Two: Register Patient with iConceive
Upon registration, patients will gain early access to the mobile iVF app which features information to help prepare them for their treatment cycle and stay in touch with the Practice. When their cycle starts, patients can easily notify you on day 1.
Step Three: Activtate Patient Access
Input your patient’s personalised treatment plan into the Clinic Hub. From the patients commencement date, the care plan is activated and a token has been used. Patients can now track their treatment and receive timely reminders in the iConceive app.
